To get to GOLD, users must provide:

• BVN (Bank Verification Number)
• NIN (National Identification Number)

This tier offers higher transaction limits and access to more features:

• Daily Transaction Limit: ₦200,000
• Minimum Wallet Balance: ₦500
• Maximum Wallet Balance: ₦500,000

PLATINUM is the highest level, providing maximum benefits and transaction limits. To qualify for PLATINUM, users must provide:

• BVN (Bank Verification Number)
• NIN (National Identification Number)
• A valid government-issued ID
• Proof of address (utility bill or similar document)

This tier allows you to enjoy the full potential of Flex's services:

• Daily Transaction Limit: ₦5,000,000
• Minimum Wallet Balance: ₦1,000
• Maximum Wallet Balance: Unlimited
